What is the return policy?

At Karmapledge, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging intact. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly provide a replacement/refund at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or replacement process. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

What is the Cancellation policy?

If you have placed an order within 12 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund. And for Custom made products, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the cancellation period has passed.

How can I track my order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. You can enter your tracking number on my orders page.
