If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging intact. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly provide a replacement/refund at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or replacement process. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

If you have placed an order within 12 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund. And for Custom made products, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the cancellation period has passed.
